Report a Data Issue

If you notice incorrect or stale funding rate data, missing exchange coverage, or display issues on the Funding Alerts terminal, please let us know. Accurate data is the foundation of our platform and we take data quality seriously.

When reporting a data issue, please include:

• The specific asset and exchange affected
• What the terminal shows vs what the exchange shows
• The approximate time you noticed the discrepancy
• A screenshot if possible

Feature Requests

We are building Funding Alerts based on what traders actually need. If there is a feature you would like to see — additional exchanges, new data types, alert systems, API access, or interface improvements — we want to hear about it.
